$5,000 Sign‑on bonus with payouts as follows: 1. $1,000 after 90 days
2. $2,000 after 6 months

This labor‑intensive position is responsible for hand‑building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Each loading requires strict attention to order accuracy for both outgoing and incoming trucks. The role uses an electronic order system or order sheets to build loads with a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack, ensuring accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation. Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment and may work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, with shift duration varying daily.
Transport truck loading: move full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and remove returned pallets/plastic flats. Unload raw materials and place them in designated warehouse space.
Bulk truck loading: select designated packages and flavors from the warehouse, load onto a pallet, maintain pallet stability through proper stacking and shrink‑wrapping, then load onto a trailer for local delivery. Unload returned products and pallets/plastic flats.
Route truck loading: select designated packages or pallets of products from the warehouse and load into the truck. Packages are customized based on the salesperson’s order. Unload returned products and pallets/plastic flats.
The position requires lifting a high volume of cases (20–45 pounds per case) daily, constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
Primary Job Accountabilities- Drive power pallet jack or forklift to play area and build pallet/load per load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
- Mark load ticket for out-of-stock items
- Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
- Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked
- Stage pallet or load into truck when ready
- Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
- Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- 18 years or older
- Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking, product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts)
- Experience driving a forklift (basic operations, maneuvering in tight areas)
- Experience with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets
- Experience working in a team environment (cooperating, joint problem solving)
