Lead a ramp team of agents in ramp service duties;
Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for arriving, departing, and towed aircraft;
Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wing from equipment in pushback path;
Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company materials;
Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles
