Warehouse - Associate

PBNA $25.85 per hour

• Sign‑on bonus of $7,500 paid after 90 days of employment.
• $3,000 additional bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
• $2,500 bonus paid after 1 full year of employment.

• Build pallets of product for bulk, route, and transport truck loading using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.
• Read and follow electronic order systems or order sheets to assemble loads accurately.
• Load and secure pallets through proper stacking and shrink‑wrapping, ensuring stability for local delivery.
• Unload raw materials and returned items, placing them in designated warehouse space.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to warehouse safety procedures.
• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking areas and build pallets/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load tickets for out‑of‑stock items and wrap finished pallets.
• Submit paperwork and verify order checks before loading; ensure trucks are checked.
• Stage pallets and load them into trucks when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Show regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

• Minimum age: 18 years or older.

• Experience working in a warehouse environment (order picking, staging, powered pallet jack/forklift operations).
• Proficiency in operating a forklift, including driving forward and backward, maneuvering in tight areas, and safely lifting and lowering booms.
• Knowledge of racking systems for loading/unloading pallets and maximizing vertical storage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, cooperating with co‑workers and engaging in joint problem‑solving.
