Job Overview
Jobot, hosted by Carrie Powell, is seeking a Project Administrator to support accounting operations, project coordination, billing, and contract administration within a custom fabrication and construction-focused organization.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year.

- Manage project/job setup and maintain job cost records
- Process customer invoicing and contract billing requirements
- Support contract administration, purchase orders, and subcontract documentation
- Coordinate change orders and project documentation
- Monitor receivables and assist with collections follow-up
- Assist with month‑end accounting processes and reporting
- Maintain organized accounting and project records
- Support project managers and accounting leadership with administrative coordination
- 2+ years of accounting, billing, or project administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Construction, manufacturing, or project-based industry experience preferred
- Experience with AIA billing, contract administration, or project accounting strongly preferred
