A growing custom fabrication and construction-focused organization is seeking a Project Administrator to support accounting operations, project coordination, billing, and contract administration within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting support, customer invoicing, project coordination, and operational communication while working closely with both accounting and project management teams.

Job Details Responsibilities:
  • Manage project/job setup and maintain job cost records
  • Process customer invoicing and contract billing requirements
  • Support contract administration, purchase orders, and subcontract documentation
  • Coordinate change orders and project documentation
  • Monitor receivables and assist with collections follow‑up
  • Assist with month‑end accounting processes and reporting
  • Maintain organized accounting and project records
  • Support project managers and accounting leadership with administrative coordination
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of accounting, billing, or project administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Construction, manufacturing, or project‑based industry experience preferred
  • Experience with AIA billing, contract administration, or project accounting strongly preferred
