We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its collaborative accounting and finance team. This role will support multi-entity accounting operations in a fast-paced environment and offers strong exposure to operational accounting, financial reporting, and leadership collaboration.

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger activity
• Complete monthly account and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Assist with audit preparation and external audit requests
• Partner with accounting leadership on special projects and process improvements
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Experience supporting month-end close activities
• ERP/accounting software experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Public accounting, or multi-location accounting experience is a plus
