A bit about us:

We are partnering with a well-established, independently owned public accounting firm that has built its reputation on trusted client relationships, technical excellence, and personalized service. Rather than simply preparing tax returns, the team serves as year-round advisors to closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations, helping clients make informed financial decisions and plan for the future.

Unlike many firms that have been acquired or consolidated in recent years, this organization has remained locally owned and intentionally independent, allowing leadership to make decisions that prioritize employees, clients, and long-term relationships over corporate mandates. The firm has experienced continued organic growth through client referrals and expanding business, creating an opportunity to add another experienced tax professional to the team.

If you're looking for a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your work directly impacts clients, this is an excellent opportunity.

Why join us?
  • Independently owned accounting firm with local decision-making and long-term stability.
  • Opportunity to immediately sign tax returns and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborative, close-knit team with exceptional employee retention and a true family-first culture.
  • Diverse tax work including individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Significant tax planning and client advisory exposure, not just compliance work.
  • Generous annual bonus program tied to individual and firm performance.
  • Ability to bank overtime for additional paid time off after tax season.
  • Summer Fridays off from mid-April through Labor Day.
  • Strong benefits package including employer-paid medical insurance, retirement match, and paid professional development.
  • Leadership team that values collaboration, technical excellence, and long-term career growth.
