• Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions
• Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger
• Assisting with month‑end close and journal entries
• Performing account reconciliations
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Auditing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
• Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities as needed
• Tracking and reconciling monthly physical inventory
• Completing special accounting projects
• Providing additional support to the Accounting team as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience maintaining financial records and posting accounting transactions
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with 10‑key entry
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Quick Books experience is a plus

This position primarily works in an office environment and requires prolonged sitting, computer use, occasional standing and walking, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
