Trillium Staffing, a recognized leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team at the Corporate Office in Kalamazoo, MI.
The Collections Specialist will monitor accounts receivable aging reports and maintain client communication to ensure timely payments in a business-to-business collections environment. This role will serve as a liaison for monitoring delinquent accounts and escalating collections efforts with clients, our multi-state branch offices, and outside agencies.
This is a direct-hire, full-time, onsite position. The pay rate is $21-22 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications- Ability to work on-site in this in-person role at our corporate office.
- High school diploma or GED preferred with a working knowledge of Windows-based Microsoft Office software products.
- Some college coursework in Business Communications, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of business-to-business collections, accounts receivable or related financial experience preferred.
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems is a plus.
- Experience with ATS/CRM software is a plus.
