Accounts Payable​/Payroll Specialist

Gryphon Place, a nonprofit crisis intervention and 2-1-1 contact center in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking an Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist to support our mission-driven operations. This role processes vendor invoices, manages biweekly payroll, maintains accurate financial and employee records, and ensures compliance with nonprofit and payroll regulations. Working in a compassionate, collaborative environment, you'll partner with HR and program teams, support audits and reporting, and help strengthen internal controls-contributing directly to community mental health and crisis support services.
