- Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, and account maintenance
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records
- Support month-end processes and reporting related to Accounts Receivable
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting
- Understanding of accounts receivable processes, reconciliations, and payment application
- Experience working within an ERP or accounting system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
