What You’ll Be Doing
  • Answering and triaging incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Providing administrative support to all service divisions (Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty)
  • Completing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and general office operations
  • Supporting staff, patients, families, and referral sources with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Keeping the office organized, efficient, and running like a well‑oiled machine
  • Jumping in wherever needed — because teamwork is everything

What You Bring
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality

  • Solid computer and data entry skills
  • Experience in healthcare or home care is a bonus, but not required
  • A team‑player mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a heart for helping others
  • Minimum:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum:
    One year of recent, relevant experience in an office or clinical setting and Microsoft Office/Word/Excel
  • Preferred:
    Home Healthcare/Hospice or healthcare related field, but NOT required
