Office Administrator Position Overview

In this role, you will manage office tasks such as answering phones, greeting customers, preparing correspondence, maintaining files, ordering supplies, and collecting resident payments. As the brand ambassador for YES Communities, you will project professionalism while supporting the Community Manager with project timelines and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Essential Functions
  • Assist residents, visitors, and vendors with inquiries by phone and in person
  • Prepare and distribute resident correspondence
  • Administer office operations, including file maintenance, inventory, documentation processing, and scheduling
  • Enter and schedule resident maintenance requests, work orders, and home inspections
  • Collect payments from residents and assist with electronic payment set‑up
  • Support move‑in/move‑out processes as directed by the manager
  • Help plan and coordinate resident relations events
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management, subject to change
Required Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry‑specific software products
Education and Experience
  • A valid in-state driver’s license is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
