Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all general office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Manage office budget, including expense tracking and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Manage office supply inventory and procurement.
  • Act as a liaison between departments for administrative support.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, including supply chain, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with general office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial record-keeping.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or report generation.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and maintaining related documentation.
  • Project coordination experience, particularly in supporting manufacturing improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or schematics.
