Job Specifications:

- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department or individual. – Manage word processing, filing, faxing, and answering phones. – Receive and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment. – Schedule meetings and conferences, coordinating all necessary logistics. – Maintain financial records and assist in the procurement of supplies. – Sort and distribute mail efficiently. – Work on special projects as assigned.
– Maintain accurate case documentation in a service center environment. – Monitor, update, and manage shared email boxes daily. – Generate, route, and file required documents according to established schedules. – Respond to routine departmental inquiries and general customer requests. – Upload documentation into various systems, including record retention systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 1+ year of experience in an administrative role; experience in worker's compensation or leaves of absence administration is a plus. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. – Familiarity with case management systems or complex data management programs preferred. – Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. – Ability to take initiative, learn new processes, and improve existing workflows.
– Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. – Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. – Strong customer service orientation and dedication to supporting team goals.
