• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
