Executive Assistant to our CEO & Front Desk Concierge
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer. You'll manage priorities, anticipate needs, and provide exceptional executive support while ensuring the CEO can focus on leading the organization. You'll also greet visitors and help foster a professional, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors
WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the Chief Executive Office- Serve as a trusted point of contact between the Chief Executive Officer, staff, clients, and partners
- Manage a fast-moving calendar and coordinate meetings, travel, and expense reports
- Draft polished memos, emails, presentations, and reports on the CEO's behalf
- Greet every guest with warmth as the face of our office
- Direct guests to reserved rooms and set up meeting and event spaces as needed

- Bachelor's degree, or 3–5 years of equivalent experience in a similar role
- Impeccable attention to detail and a self-starting, deadline-driven mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Salesforce a plus - A genuine, service-first attitude and the discretion this role calls for availability to work full-time, in-person
