Our team is committed to professionalism, teamwork, and treating every customer with respect. We are looking for an organized and proactive Service Dispatcher who can keep the day running smoothly, support our field technicians, and provide customers with an excellent service experience.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

The Service Dispatcher coordinates the daily schedules of field technicians and helps ensure customer appointments and service commitments are met. This position serves as an important link between customers, technicians, and the office team. The ideal candidate can quickly evaluate technician availability, skill level, job requirements, and location to make effective scheduling decisions. You will also communicate service updates to customers, provide logistical support to technicians, and help ensure each day operates efficiently and cost-effectively.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m.
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Previous dispatching, project coordination, or scheduling experience preferred
- HVAC, plumbing, construction, or other skilled-trade experience is a plus
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Careful attention to detail when reviewing schedules and documentation
- Ability to confidently manage a multi-line phone system
- Familiarity with the local service area or strong map-reading skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with the confidence to recognize what needs to be done and take action
- Service Titan experience preferred
