General Summary
Audits undergraduate and graduate records to ensure all requirements are met for graduation eligibility.
Major Duties- Advises and assists students on University regulations, curriculum, college, major and minor requirements. Researches and resolves problems and questions and corrects record discrepancies.
- Provides advice and assistance to college offices, departments, college advising staff and faculty regarding University, college and program graduation requirements.
- Provides initial and final audits of records to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met. Ensures compliance with University academic policies.
- Assists with the management and validation of the commencement book preparation for the graduation ceremony. Assists with the ceremony activities.
- Some college coursework from an accredited institution.
- One year’s relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
