Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work and more.

- Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, and schedule service appointments
- Greet customers, answer questions, and offer additional services including special promotions
- Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customer is satisfied
- Maintain high CSI score
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required
- General automotive operational knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
