Duties
  • The Scheduler is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and support of daily work and planning of resources specific to the assigned business unit
  • Establish and execute a daily plan for the work; may include organizing and dispatching assignments, facilitating meetings, short‑range forecasting, etc.
  • Communicate effectively inline with supported business unit processes/procedures; may include interacting with supervision, field operations, or other operational supporting groups
  • Utilize various systems to monitor work, create/submit orders and requests, observe data and make scheduling adjustments as necessary. Some roles may require a deeper dive into data review to make appropriate modifications
  • Support emergent matters inline with the business units processes/procedures; may include escalations, volume monitoring, etc.
  • Perform business unit specific tasks as needed; may include various reporting and taking appropriate action, identifying training opportunities, creating standards, etc.
  • Other non‑essential duties as assigned or may be necessary
