As an Estimator you’ll be a key link between customers, technicians and insurance partners. You’ll assess damage, write accurate estimates and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and transparency.

• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs
• Write accurate repair estimates and insurance documentation
• Communicate timelines and costs with customers
• Work closely with technicians to keep repairs on track
• Negotiate with insurance partners for fair repair coverage

• 13 years of collision or automotive experience
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Valid drivers license
