The Role

The Graphic Designer supports the production of high-quality visual assets while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves executing designs based on established guidelines, preparing assets for print and digital distribution, and contributing to creative projects under the guidance of the Creative Director. This role requires proficiency in design software, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a collaborative environment.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensures Brand Consistency:
    Reviews visual materials to confirm alignment with Advia’s brand guidelines, including color schemes, fonts, and overall style, partnering with the Creative Director to maintain quality.
  • Prepares Production-Ready Files:
    Creates and modifies design files to meet technical specifications for print or digital distribution, ensuring correct formatting, resolution, and color profiles.
  • Contributes to Creative Projects:
    Assists in developing campaign assets, webpages, or email designs under the guidance of the Creative Director, applying basic creative input to aid team projects.
  • Coordinates Production Processes:
    Works with the internal Marketing team to maintain production schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Performs Quality Assurance:
    Conducts thorough checks on designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality, making corrections to meet production standards for print and digital.
  • Utilizes Design and Basic Web Tools:
    Expertly uses Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to edit images, create layouts, and prepare assets. Gains exposure to basic web development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) to aid webpage production tasks.
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Additionally, all employees must follow policies and procedures to minimize risk by exercising judgment, raising questions to management, and adhering to policy guidelines.
