• Represent our brand in a positive and professional manner
• Engage with customers in person and answer questions about products/services
• Build rapport and create a welcoming customer experience
• Assist with event setups, promotions, and brand activations

• Maintain brand standards in appearance and communication

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and friendly personality
• Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
