Position Summary

Consumer Relations Representative - 10:15 am to 7:00 pm shift. The role supports end‑users of HoMedics products across phone, e‑mail, and letter channels. The position requires a focus on customer service, product knowledge, order processing, and escalation management within a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Functions
  • Respond to inquiries from consumers via phone, e‑mail, or letter regarding personal wellness products and small electronics.
  • Process consumer pre‑paid orders and returns.
  • Maintain current product knowledge as products evolve.
  • Accept and process direct consumer orders for replacement parts and products.
  • Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Position Requirements
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1–2 years of call‑center experience, preferably with small electronic devices; strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and communicate across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in managing challenging consumer situations by phone, email or in person.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional written email communication.
  • Intermediate or higher level computer skills in MS Outlook required; proficiency in Excel and Word a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with an ERP system (e.g., JDE, People Soft) a plus.
  • Availability to work occasional overtime on weekdays and/or Saturdays.
