Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our manufacturing operations and customers across North America. In this role, you will manage orders from entry through delivery, respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and resolve issues quickly and professionally. You will learn our corrugated and paperboard product lines, maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems, and support sales with quotes and order status.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails, providing prompt, professional support to customers.
- Enter, track, and update customer orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve order, quality, and billing issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide product, pricing, and availability information to customers and sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and order files.
- Support sales representatives with quotes, samples, and order status updates.
- Monitor open orders and proactively communicate changes or delays to customers.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies in a manufacturing environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and performance.
