The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:
$18 -$20 per hour

Our Customer Service Representatives manage all incoming calls, greet visitors, build and run multiple reports, and update data in our company software while providing support to our Sales team. We take great pride in choosing Customer Service Representatives who are customer-focused, enjoy talking to people, have advanced computer knowledge and can stay organized. This position requires strong communication skills and will work from our Kalamazoo headquarters Monday-Fridays from 9am-6pm.
A Day in the Life
Arrive to the office on time and ready to work
Assist in answering incoming calls and emails for the Customer Service team
Greet all visitors and notify co-workers when their guest has arrived
Process internal sales
Setup new customers and update data in company software
Run licensing reports for the state and notify sales team of any changes
Order office supplies for the Kalamazoo headquarters
Open, sort and distribute the mail
Manage the company calendar and conference room reservations
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred
One or more years' administrative experience
18 years of age or older
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail while working within deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently
Self-starter with a great attitude and desire to interact with all types of people
Ability to be patient and polite in order to create positive interactions
