• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional support to dealerships and service personnel.
• Schedule services and create work orders to ensure dealership needs are met effectively and on time.
• Deliver a premier dealership service experience both in person and over the phone.
• Monitor dealership service activities and ensure services are completed according to requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling and storage of required documentation.
• Act as the liaison between dealerships and service personnel, communicating special requests and service needs.
• Support business growth by identifying potential sales opportunities and new leads.

• Stands out for their strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Is recognized for building positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Has basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Holds a high school diploma or GED.
• Possesses a valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, dealership operations, or administrative support is considered an asset.
