Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Imperial Beverage is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide administrative support from our Kalamazoo headquarters. You’ll greet visitors, answer calls and emails, update data in our software, and assist the Sales team with reports and order processing.
The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, in a fast-paced beverage-distributor environment.
