The Project Architect will provide production design work and independently manage projects. The focus will be on healthcare, offices, government, and commercial sectors. The role involves supporting production using Revit and AutoCAD, leveraging knowledge of basic construction drawings. Collaboration with clients and project managers is essential to successfully complete projects.

Responsibilities

* Provide production design work for diverse projects.

* Independently manage projects, ensuring timely completion.

* Support production using Revit and AutoCAD.

* Utilize knowledge of basic construction drawings.

* Collaborate with clients and project managers to achieve project goals.

Essential Skills

* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

* 5+ years of experience in architectural design or drafting for buildings in commercial, medical, office, or government sectors.

* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Registered Architect.

* Master's Degree in Architecture.

Work Environment

The work environment is a small building with a modern and comfortable interior. It is a collaborative space where employees work together as a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kalamazoo, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
