This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Designer/Project Architect based in Kalamazoo, MI, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing construction drawings, preparing submittals, conducting space planning, and managing architectural projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with clients and team members, and the ability to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications- Proficiency in preparing Submittals and Construction Drawings, with strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Skills in Space Planning and Architecture, with the ability to create innovative designs tailored to client needs
- Project Management expertise to handle timelines, budgets, and coordination of project teams effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Licensure or progress toward licensure in architecture preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
