DMC Huron Valley‑Sinai Hospital, Commerce Township, Michigan – located 25 miles northwest of Detroit. The hospital is a full‑service community teaching hospital with 158 licensed beds and 6 pediatric beds in partnership with Children’s Hospital of Michigan. It staffs over 420 physicians, 330 nurses and 800 support staff, serving more than 40,000 patients annually.
Job SummaryThe Chief Executive Officer has overall operational responsibility for DMC Huron Valley‑Sinai Hospital. The CEO will lead by example, setting clear strategies and performance expectations in a collaborative environment with senior management, physicians and the Joint Advisory Board(s).
Responsibilities- Ensure a positive working relationship with physicians, fostering open communication and mutual understanding.
- Develop and lead a top‑notch administrative team.
- Establish a sense of pride and shared purpose among physicians, employees and the community.
- Maintain a highly visible presence, interacting with key stakeholders and representing the facility as a civic leader.
- Recruit and retain first‑rate physicians.

- Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to certify financials quarterly.
