Anatomy & Physiology Instructor

Are you a science teacher or academic with expertise in the areas of anatomy and physiology? Would enjoy sharing your knowledge with college level students? If so, then Kalamazoo Valley Community College may have the perfect part-time instructor position for you.

Kalamazoo Valley is seeking a part-time instructor to teach BIO 115 Human Anatomy & Physiology I and potentially BIO 215 Human Anatomy & Physiology II. These courses use a lecture and laboratory format to illustrate the concepts of anatomy and physiology and provide the foundation for further study in the health careers. The two-semester sequence presents a detailed study of the structure and function of the eleven human body systems.

BIO 115 emphasizes the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, and endocrine systems. BIO 215 emphasizes the cardiovascular, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems. Duties will include teaching day and/or evening courses.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in the subject area is required.
