Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kalamazoo is seeking a Unit Support Specialist to help run a new building opening in June 2026, starting earlier. The role supports the Unit Manager, oversees youth behavior, and helps prepare spaces and supplies.
The position is hourly, non-exempt, part-time (22 hours/week) with evening shifts and seasonal Friday–Saturday adjustments. Collaboration with staff to deliver engaging programs is essential.
