Job Title
Minimum Qualifications:
- Meet Highly Qualified requirements (2 years college or pass ETS Parapro or MTTC Basic Skills Test)
- Associates Degree Preferred
- Experience in supervising elementary students preferred
- Desire to help students succeed
- General knowledge of elementary curriculum or ability to learn
- Ability to instruct students as directed by classroom teacher
- Ability to manage student behavior
- Ability to maintain a safe playground environment
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
