This is a full-time, on-site Sprayfoam Technician role based in Kalamazoo, MI. As a Sprayfoam Technician, you will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in a variety of residential and commercial settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing work areas, operating equipment for insulation application, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. You will also assist with maintaining equipment and materials as well as collaborating with the team to meet project timelines and client expectations.

• Experience with spray foam insulation application and knowledge of applicable tools, machinery, or equipment
• Understanding of building science principles and energy efficiency strategies
• Willingness to work in different environments, including residential and commercial settings
• Familiarity with safety standards and the ability to follow safety guidelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate in a team
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring climbing, lifting, and operating equipment
• Previous experience in energy efficiency, construction, or insulation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in related fields are beneficial
• Driver's license and reliable transportation are required
