As a Delta

V Engineer, you’ll design, configure, and implement advanced Emerson Delta

V automation solutions for biopharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant automation while also mentoring junior engineers and growing your own expertise.

• Design and configure Emerson Delta
  
  V control systems and batch processes (ISA-88 standards).
• Develop system architecture, specifications, and control strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Configure controllers, HMI, and historian solutions with compliance to GAMP5, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Lead FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of automation/control system engineering, with strong Delta
  
  V experience.
• Proficiency in ISA-88 Batch Processing and Delta
  
  V Batch configuration.
• Familiarity with automation protocols (HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, OPC).
• Life Sciences experience preferred, but strong Delta
  
  V backgrounds from other industries will be considered.
• Knowledge of GAMP5, cGMP, and validation processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client support and commissioning.
