The Role:

Structural Engineer

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving structural challenges and wants to contribute to projects that impact local communities. You will be part of a multidisciplinary design team working on diverse and engaging project types.

What You Will Do
  • Assist in the structural design of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
  • Utilize tools such as 3D structural analysis software (for example RISA 3D or similar).
  • Produce and develop construction documents, specifications, and engineering reports.
  • Review shop drawings and conduct site visits to observe your work in the field.
  • Participate in structural calculations, evaluations, and design refinements.
What They Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
  • 0 to 5 years of structural or building design experience.
  • Familiarity with the International Building Code.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CAD and/or Revit skills are a plus.
  • EIT or PE licensure preferred but not required.
