Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule
• Conduct onsite supplier approval audits and development
• Conduct onsite supplier PPAP process and documentation
• Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply
• Oversee Corrective Action resolutions and product returns
• Liaison to assembly line for component/product issues in assembly
• Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within all aspects of Trijicon

Qualifications:

• BS Degree or equivalent in Quality related field
• 5+ years Quality Engineering experience, Supplier Quality Engineering preferred
• CQE/CSQP/CQA certification preferred
• Experience in Forgings, Machining, and Electronics
• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, Product Launch, Corrective Actions and Supplier Development
• Strong ethics, integrity with leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP
• Attentive to detail, able to effectively prioritize, able to effectively multi task
• Dependable and reliable

Ability to apply common sense understanding, follow detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with complex problems involving a few concrete variables/details in variable situations.
