We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to add an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to their team. This role plays a key part in supporting a highly automated production environment, driving equipment reliability, and improving overall process performance.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to both operations and maintenance teams
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automated equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics
  • Lead and support process improvement and reliability initiatives across the plant
  • Take ownership of smaller engineering projects from concept through implementation (hands‑on involvement required)
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, and maintenance teams
  • Analyze process data to identify issues, implement solutions, and track results
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
  • Support plant safety programs and ensure compliance with standards
  • Mentor team members and help elevate overall technical knowledge within the plant
  • Maintain clear documentation of engineering work and process changes
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs (Control Logix), HMIs, and drives
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and systems
  • Experience working with automated systems and industrial controls
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and drive solutions
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team
Nice to have:
  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
  • Exposure to industrial networking
  • Background in continuous improvement methodologies
