Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year

This role is for an experienced PM who can run projects independently and help expand the company’s presence in the Kalamazoo / Southwest Michigan market. Industrial and manufacturing work is the core focus, with flexibility to handle commercial or retail projects as needed.

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically $2M–$16M in value.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Drive project milestones and proactively plan next steps.
• Support market expansion by building local relationships, engaging with community and economic development groups, and securing repeat clients.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project and document spreadsheets.

• 5+ years of construction experience with General Contractor exposure.
• Proven ability to run projects independently.
• Background in industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Design‑build experience or architecture/engineering background.
• Knowledge of structural, mechanical, or civil systems.
• Strong MS Project and Excel skills.
• Existing ties to the Kalamazoo area are highly desirable.
