This position is for booth rental for a full-time Cosmetologist at Identities‑the Salon, located on‑site in Kalamazoo, MI. The Cosmetologist will be responsible for providing haircuts, hairstyling, coloring, and other beauty treatments tailored to clients' needs. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their preferences and maintain client relationships is key. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the salon environment.

• Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, as well as knowledge of various hair care treatments
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction
• Ability to follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards within a salon environment
• Licensure as a Cosmetologist is required
