Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college (required).
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working (required).

- Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to patient locations.
- Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
- Ability to self‑manage time and schedule.
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

Compensation includes patient care visit pay, non‑visit activities, paid days off, shift premium pay, and the first‑year success bonus. The low end of the range represents the average annual compensation for a fully productive caseload; the high end reflects those who exceed productivity. Compensation potential varies by market.
