STARTING WAGE: $118,000 - $125,000 per year

Residential Opportunities, Inc. (ROI) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Clinical Administrator (SCA) to oversee clinical, programmatic, and operational excellence across services for children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

This senior leadership role blends deep clinical expertise with executive-level operational oversight. The SCA ensures high-quality, person-centered, and fully compliant services while strengthening systems, developing leaders, and driving measurable outcomes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Provide executive clinical leadership across adult and children’s programs
  • Supervise the Clinical Director, Adult Program Directors, and Director of Licensed Settings
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (Medicaid, HCBS, state and federal standards)
  • Strengthen clinical systems to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes
  • Oversee fiscal performance of clinical services, including budgeting and cost management
  • Collaborate with community providers and stakeholders to maintain coordinated care
  • Lead strategic growth, program development, and continuous quality improvement
  • Champion ROI’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, anti‑racism, and ethical practice
Education Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical field
  • Eligible for professional licensure (LCSW, LPC, Licensed Psychologist, RN, BCBA, etc.)
Experience
  • 7–10 years of progressive leadership in developmental/intellectual disability services
  • Experience in complex healthcare, nonprofit, or social service systems preferred
  • Strong fiscal oversight experience managing multi‑site clinical budgets
  • Proven expertise in HCBS, Medicaid Waivers, and regulatory compliance
