This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Specialist located in Kalamazoo, MI. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for connecting with the community to expand awareness of services, conducting research to identify community needs, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and engaging in public outreach programs. Additional responsibilities include crafting effective communication materials, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the center in promoting healthcare initiatives.

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create impactful messaging and outreach materials
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with the community
• Proficiency in Research and Community Outreach for identifying needs and implementing initiatives
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in project management or event coordination is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is also valued
