Part Time Restorative Aide​/CNA

Overview

Friendship Village is recruiting for a Friendly and Energetic Certified Nurse Aide to join our Health Center team! This opportunity is Part Time, 8-hour CNA shifts. This position has Benefits, Great Staff-Resident Ratio, and Teamwork. Starting pay is $19.00 plus years of experience. This role provides full-scope, hands on functions within the community.

• Assists patients with dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
• Transfers, transports and escorts patients as needed.
• Answers signal lights promptly
• Gives prompt and efficient assistance to nursing personnel in non-professional duties and care of resident under supervision of RN and LPN.

• Successful completion from a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
• Prior geriatric care experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
