* ** Reinforce continuous improvement and learning within the department.**
* ** Strong leadership presence with clear communication and coaching skills.**
* ** Able to effectively prioritize, delegate, and manage staff performance.**
* ** Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and composure.**
* ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.**
* ** Fluent in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.**
* ** Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and crafting memorable experiences.**
* ** Strong knowledge of service standards, POS systems, and event operations.**
* ** Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, club environment, restaurant, or banquet operations preferred.**
* ** Contributes to a culture of hospitality, pride, and ownership.**
* ** Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and commitment to member satisfaction.**
* ** Takes initiative and supports consistent improvement efforts.**
