The Charter Township of Kalamazoo is seeking a knowledgeable and strategic Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR advisor to the Superintendent. This part-time position reports directly to the Township Superintendent and plays a key role in strengthening organizational systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting a culture rooted in service, integrity, accountability, and professionalism. The role supports a municipal workforce and works closely with department supervisors and the Superintendent.
