Base pay range$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Quality Assurance Lead
$40-$50/hour (W2)
40 hours/week | 8am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday
OverviewWe're seeking a Quality Assurance Lead with 3+ years of experience overseeing enterprise-level software automation testing initiatives. This role serves as the key liaison between stakeholders and QA engineering teams, including analysts and leads requiring strong coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure testing strategies align with business goals and timelines.
Must Haves / Mandatory- 3+ years of experience in automation QA testing and management
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with enterprise-grade testing platforms, integrated development environments, IT service management systems, ERP solutions, and modern web technologies
- Agile/SCRUM experience with solid grasp of SCRUM principles
- ERP and SAP application testing experience
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- Demonstrated success leading QA automation testing projects, liaising between leadership and QA teams.
- Skilled in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies and data sets
- Managing defect life cycles and communicating quality metrics
- Experienced in Agile/SCRUM environments and cross-functional collaboration
