Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex projects to successful completion.
QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of professional experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver complex projects from inception to completion.
- Manage remote project teams effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Project for project tracking and management.
- Oversee all phases of the project management lifecycle for software development, maintenance, and implementation initiatives.
- Apply IT methodologies such as ITIL in project delivery.
- Handle projects involving multiple technologies and functions while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS 365 and ADO/JIRA.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
- Able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead project teams successfully.
